I received my ring i ordered in very very short timing as a custom size to suit my petite finger size. The ring was absolutely stunning. My problem was I took a wild guess at my size and unfortunately it was too big. I reached out to customer service to exchange my size but was informed it was already a custom size and I'd need to have it resized. Happily I agreed and for such a reasonable price I was more than happy. Being a mum on 2 and a newborn my brain isn't quite functional haha. I spoke with Alexandra (Alex) through online services and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me through the process accordingly and simplified it and helped me do it around my busy lifestyle.
